The High Voltage Motor Controller consists of a sealed power inverter unit that supplies three phase AC current to a motor to run automotive mechanical assemblies (pumps, compressors, fans, auxiliary equipment). The motor controller can accept an input voltage range of 200 to 400 VDC, and provide a current of 20 A continuous, 30 A peak to drive a Satcon Magmotor B46-H-500H brushless servo motor at a user-adjustable speed setpoint. Adjustable speed control of the motor is also available. The unit is sealed to IP-67 specifications and is thermally protected for heat overload conditions.
