SatCon Technology is located at 27 Drydock Avenue, sixth floor. The building is located within the Marine Industrial Park.

For visits of two hours or less, parking is available adjacent to 27 Drydock Avenue. Visits in excess of two hours must utilize the parking garage. The parking garage, adjacent to The Boston Design Center and The Black Falcon Cruise Ship Terminal, is located at the opposite end of this rather long, 8 story, Drydock building.

The Marine Industrial Park is a section of Boston’s Seaport District. Three main roads ( Seaport Boulevard, Congress Street and Summer Street), running parallel to each other, traverse the Seaport District. Drydock Avenue may be reached using any one of these three main streets.

From the South

• Take 93 North/Route 3
• Take Exit 20-Logan Airport/South Boston
• Enter Tunnel – Bear right -Take 90 East/Logan Airport
• Within Tunnel take South Boston exit.
• Exiting Tunnel, bear right at lights onto D Street.

Take a right at the next stoplight (at this intersection there is a new blue-glass building immediately in front of you at the corner of 610 Congress Street). This will take you in the direction of the new convention center (BCEC). At the second set of lights take a left onto Summer Street. Follow signs to Boston Design Center. At the next light, take a left into The Marine Industrial Park. 0.25 miles from the entrance is the parking garage. SatCon is located at the far end of the building at 27 Drydock, 6th floor.

From the North-Route 93

Take 93 South into the tunnel. Take Purchase Street exit. At the fourth set of traffic lights take a left onto Summer Street. You will pass South Station on your right. Travel 1 mile on Summer Street and at the sixth set of traffic lights take a left into the Marine Industrial Park. The parking garage is 0.25 miles ahead on the left.

From the West

From the Massachusetts Turnpike, Route 90, take exit 25-South Station. Keep left at the fork in the ramp. Turn right onto Congress Street. Turn slight right onto D Street. Turn left onto Summer Street. Turn left onto Drydock Avenue in Marine Industrial Park. Upon parking in the garage, SatCon’s facility is located at the opposite end of the long Drydock building at 27 Drydock, 6th floor.

From Logan International Airport, Boston

Upon exiting the Airport take the Boston/Ted Williams Tunnel exit. Once in the tunnel take Exit 25/South Boston. Proceed straight upon leaving the exit. Take a right onto Seaport Blvd. The Seaport Hotel will be on your right. Proceed thru rotary and enter Marine Industrial Park. Follow Northern Avenue a short distance and turn right onto Drydock Avenue. The parking garage will be on your right. Upon parking in the garage, SatCon’s facility is located at the opposite end of the Drydock building at 27 Drydock, 6th floor.

From 295 (Baltimore-Washington Parkway)

Travel on 295 ( Baltimore-Washington Parkway ) and take the West Nursery Road Exit SOUTH. Go through 3 stop lights and the driveway will be on the left just past the Marriot Hotel and before the large military antenna (at the museum). In the middle of the building on the right will be two large roll up doors with a regular door access on the left. Ring the door bell for someone to allow access. The sign out front reads SatCon Electronic Power Products

From Logan International Airport (Boston) and all locations:

• Take Mass Pike West to Rt. 495 North (Exit 11)
• Follow 495 North, take Exit 23C ( Simarano Drive)
• At end of exit ramp, take a left
• At stop sign, take a right
• SatCon Electronics is the second driveway on the right

From Toronto Airport

Take 401 West to 403 to QEW to Burlington
Exit Walker’s Line south to Harvester, turn right.
First left onto Harrington Court to SatCon Power Systems.

From Hamilton Airport

Take Hwy 6 North to Lincoln Alexander Pkwy to 403 to Burlington.
Exit Walker’s Line south to Harvester, turn right.
First left onto Harrington Court to SatCon Power Systems.

From Buffalo, NY

Take Hwy 33 to 90 East, immediately Exit 90 onto 290 West. Exit onto 190 North to Niagara Falls. At border take 405 west to the QEW West to Burlington. Exit Walker’s Line south to Harvester, turn right.
First left on Harrington Court to SatCon Power Systems.
