Energy Equity Protection -- 99% Uptime Guarantee

99% Uptime Guarantee and Preventative Maintenance

Upon the purchase of a selected Preventative Maintenance Plan (PM), Satcon® offers a 99% Uptime Guarantee.

This guarantee is: For any portion of daylight hours where the inverter is not delivering power due to inverter failure, the system owner will be compensated for the kWh that would have been delivered by a fully functional inverter.

This energy will be calculated in accordance with IEEE762; however, it is based on the sunlight level, the array capacity, the rate per kWh and the system efficiency for the hours when the inverter is down.
