The StarSine™ Fixed Frequency Converter is an AC three-phase, IGBT based power conditioning system, for military, commercial and industrial applications. It is of modular construction designed for 50 or 60Hz conversion to 400Hz. The solid state technology used in the design is of proven reliability and performance in some of the most demanding applications, including military aviation.

Our fixed frequency converters utilize Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) techniques to reduce filtering sizes and output harmonics. The soft-start charging circuitry minimizes inrush currents. Output voltage stability is maintained in the presence of power line transients. Our Converters are specially designed for +/- 1% voltage unbalance even at 100% phase load unbalance.
